USA WEEKEND Magazine is a national weekly magazine distributed through more than 600 newspapers in the USA with a total readership of 52 million. Since 1992 the magazine has sponsored Make A Difference Day, in partnership with HandsOn Network and Points of Light Institute. The nation's largest day of volunteering, Make A Difference Day rallies more than 3 million Americans into community action each year on the fourth Saturday of October. Ten selected projects each receive $10,000 donations from Newman's Own to continue their good work.
