Thanks for your interest in covering Service Unites. We welcome qualified members of the media to attend our event – the world's largest service-related convening, bringing together more than 2,500 nonprofit, government, business and civic leaders to help shape the future of volunteerism. Proper credentials are required to obtain a media badge for access to all conference meetings and events.
Media badges will only be approved for working members of the press, including reporters, editors, producers, camera crews and photographers. Applicants for media registration must be employed/hired by a publication, station/network or program that is previously established, independent and updated regularly with original news.
We reserve the right to request additional verification. Social media sites, forums, personal blogs and user groups will not be accepted as media credentials. Media badges will not be granted to non-editorial media professionals.

We will respond within three business days.
Those with approved media badges will have access to all conference sessions, summits and special events.

Points of Light, headquartered in Atlanta, has chosen this year’s conference theme to be “Igniting Civic Culture.” Formerly known as the Conference on Volunteering and Service, this global event brings together more than 2,500 nonprofit, government, business and civic leaders to gain and share knowledge, resources and connections needed to galvanize the power of people to create change globally.
