HandsOn Network Affiliate Preconference

Exclusively for HandsOn Network Action Center Affiliates, our exciting Preconference begins Sunday, June 17 at 9 a.m. and ends just before lunch on Monday, June 18. This is a rare opportunity for our network to be together in-person and discuss common goals and challenges, share innovations and have fun while building our professional networks.

Come learn how using assets offered as part of membership generationOn, Americorps Alums, Corporate Institute, Reimaging Service and HandsOn Network can help you to raise more money, attract more nonprofit partners, build a more informed board of directors, strengthen your program savvy and much more!

Whether you're a program coordinator, manager, senior staff or executive director, we have tailored sessions to meet your needs. Last year's Inspire, Equip and Mobilize tracks were highly successful, and we're offering you the same opportunity this year.

What to expect from each track:

Inspire (301 level)

The Inspire track is designed for Affiliate leaders - such as experienced executive directors - who are ready to engage in high-level, strategic conversations. Together we'll channel our expertise and innovation to inspire collective growth as a network. Join the Inspire track for discussions about brand strategy, HandsOn Network membership standards, the Corporate Institute and more.

Mobilize (201 level)

Designed for the seasoned program or fund development manager, the Mobilize track is aimed at those who are ready to expand current or introduce new programming, share innovative fundraising successes and really dig deep with colleagues who are doing effective and innovative programs throughout our network. Join us to learn about how you can integrate the work of our action channels with the great work you're already doing.

Equip (101 level)

Are you a NEW HandsOn affiliate staff member or volunteer leader? Or perhaps your organization is new to the network or interested in learning strategies to develop new HandsOn model programming. We've designed the Equip track to focus on the nuts and bolts of volunteer and project management, highlighting tangible assets and actionable plans for you to take home and implement. Sessions in this track will help you get equipped to engage corporate partners and learn about additional resources through generationOn, Reimagining Service and HandsOn Connect.

Who Should Attend?
The HandsOn Network's Affiliate Preconference is designed specifically for staff and leaders of HandsOn Action Centers. HandsOn Action Centers are Affiliate members in good standing with HandsOn Network.
